F*** Ronnie Coleman

Coleman is in a league of his own... Sure I'd love to see some big white guy take the crown but until Coleman retires or I start sticking needles in my ass that's not going to happen... He'll get 10 in a row and retire as the greatest bodybuilder in the history of the world to date...

Hi,

I have read this trail of comments with interest. All I can say is there probaly is very few of us who wouldn't live with Ronnie's belly (which aint that bad anyway) for a body like his cos it's sure as hell better than all ours.

Arnold was always my hero, Lee Haney impressed me, Dorian Shocked me with his incredible size but after seeing Ronnie's video and his mass I was just stunned. The guy deserves his wins and good luck to him I say.

Just got/watched Ronnie's "On the Road" DVD which shows him working out/posing in Australia 5 days after he won the Mr. O. All I can say is
"unbelieveable"...sure his stomach looked a little distended when he wasn't sucking it in but he basically looked awesome. He worked out mostly on machines (looked like Hammer Strength machines) and all the weights were in kg. But he did do 1 arm dumbell rows with 80kg (~175 lbs) for at least 10 reps. Although he doesn't use real strict form (doesn't lock out due to joint stress) he does relatively high reps (10-20 reps).
As stated above...he's definitely the MAN!!

For me BB used to be all about mass but know i prefer symetry and cuts so i don't like Ronnie now.IMO Cuts is the perfect BB.What do you think about that?

IMHO it's a combination of muscle mass, definition, and symmetry...which I think Ronnie has. Sure, you can find pro BBs with more definition, or more symmetry, but IMO Ronnie has an abundance of all 3 qualities.

1.Aren't genetics and thickness factors too?
2.I think that Ronnie's back, thighs and ofcourse-waist are to big.
3.By Cuts i ment Jay Cutler-i think he is better in mass, definition and symetry(except for his sholders-to big).

I'd have loved to lived in the 70's. To me, THAT was bodybuilding. Plus all the dope and free love

Cutler does his fair share of slin and growth , so genetics is kinda a cop out
The last Olympia had the "growth gut" ban and I think Coleman may have focused too much in that area... But Cutler had no abs at all in the last Mr Olympia. IMHO , this IS the reason he lost

I totally dispute smaretick's number 3 but that's me
