F*%! my knees hurt!!

you shouldnt, it's a weak AI and shouldnt even be drying you out too much.. bck off the adex for now, let yourself get lubed up and see if that works.. or run some deca

Everyone is different it is a weak AI for those who need AI's worse than others, it can cause joint pain, it did in me at 1 mg ed i backed off and take a whoppin .25mg mon, wed ,fri and it works for me at that dose, then again i'm 50 and never had any issues with gyno and was using it to control estrogen. Like mikefear said back off the dosage and hopefully that will help, Eq helps for me in low dose for joint pain.

My knees are okay but,

yes my joints, shoulders and elbows are killing me,

AI never bothered me in the past, does now.

Think it is time for some Deca or NPP

I'm 28 and I get stiffness in joints from all AI's if I take too much. Even AiFM can make me achy if I do more than 3 squirts in a 24 hour period.

I am currently walking around with 3 meniscus tears. 2 in the left, 1 in the right knee.

Gloucosamine and Condroitin help too.

Friend, get yourself some alflutop. It is miracle potion and works very well on joints.

ditto about clucosimine chondrotin but get the stuff with msm also for anti inflamitory effects. Yes i have muniscus damage on my left knee and it used to be bad but now i do 50 body weight squats all the way down b 4 leg exercises and it helps a lot

Seriously they already hit the nail on the head with Glucosamine & Condroiton and I agree why not go one better and get the ones with MSM also. Many people will see a big difference and notice that day if they dont take it. Its fairly expensive but worth it.

How it work? Will it help ligament problems?
Thanks.

I don't believe it will repair ligaments, but it will relieve the pain for sure. Alflutop is human grade stuff, unlike adequan. It is not scheduled, has nothing to do with AAS at all.

Probably not recommended to those with fish oil allergy. Male or female, young or old, everyone can use it. Injections are smooth and painless, no side effects.

Here is the manufacturers site, read what they have to say:

thanks for the support bros. i will hit you all up with karma later. I am taking Gluecosamine & Condrotin (sp?).
I backed off on the dosage from .5ED to .5eod and will see if that makes a difference. I also cut my dosage of test from 200mg/wk to 100mg/wk. test cyp.

Lay off giving the $5 grocery store parking lot blow jobs or raise your price. You may wanna invest in knee pads and a bib as well. lol

Dont drop the test, if thats not the problem.

Just listen to your body on the arimidex, or any other Anti-e or AI's. They can cause their own side effects too.

Just cause we take them to limit the sides of AAS doesnt mean that AI's and Anti-E's are harmless themselves. Switch to AIFM 2 pumps a day a see how that feels. Maybe to adex is just too strong.

I take a glucosamine supp for a company GLC Direct. Best by far. My wife is a runner, and has arthritis, and she swears byt he stuff.

I back squat 3x per week, and I have to use it.

does anyone else suffer sore joints (in particular knees) when taking arimidex?

anyone know what the link is?

I have sore knee joints all the time, but adex doesn't really play a factor in it for me, letro on the other hand will hurt your joints bad if you take too much of it, are you taking any thing else with the adex? what gear are you on?
