Some of those songs I'm sure would appeal to fans of rock or someone who just needed something to get hyped up, especially the songs "Cop Killer" (crazy adrenaline) and "Natural Born Killaz". A lot of that other shit is good, too.
Still, if I owned a gym, I'd make everyone who joined sign a release saying they wouldnt complain about the music and 70% of what you'd hear would be AC-DC or Metallica, with other metal, some techno, and some of the above rap songs being played as well.
For a metal lifting album, I suggest "Black Album" or "And JUstice For All" - Metallica, "My Own Prison" - Creed, or the live album that has all the good AC-DC hits. Or just burn a bitchin mix.
