Eye surgery

I have my eye surgery in the morning and will be blowing up EF for the next 5 days! I won't be able to leave my house and will be all drugged up! I am having PRK so there are several days of suck! I will make sure I pass the pain onto EF, even though I am sure I won't beat Lestat today!

Ya prk is older, but they won't let us HALO if you have lasik. They say the danger of problems with the eye when you jump is to high, so prk it is. My prescription is real weak, right on the edge of not needing correction but for shooting and some of the tactical stuff it will just be nice to have.

not to say I would ever abuse drugs( like pull rails of oxy before sevendust last week) but they gave me a bunch of oxycotin and valium. I'm working on getting more when I talk with the doc in the morning.

The surgery is supposed to work better in your case because you need less correction. Good luck!

I had the surgery done yesterday afternoon and all went well. I woke up this morning with what I will call " a great pain " in the eyes.(imagine if someone would poor franks hot sauce in you eyes) but the meds took over and doc said all is healing fine. I don't get as much EF time as I would like though because I am light sensitive to the screen. My plan was to be a real ass for a couple of days on EF but that will have to wait until later!

I had lasik done back in 2001..after your OP you feel like your eyes have just been through a sand storm..But the next day....WOW! EVERYTHING is so crystal clear and beautiful...On that day the mountains never looked that good.
