extreme growning as a young lifter

has anyone who started lifting before they were doen growing experienced this?

i didnt notice at first but my shoulder positioning was fucked up as recently as this year. i thought it was because my muscles wernt flexible enough, but i think its because my bone structure and muscles are still growning and my skin or whatever it is thats holding my natural posture back is fucking with me.

i literally stretch my upper chest and traps and shoulders back and down and everyday it gets better and better, but every night it feels like im tearing my skin while im doing it it. like a snake busting out of its skin.

anyone else experience this?

thats like my posture was/is sometimes but its beacuse my chests and skin literally fold my posture this way, and in order to force my body into normal posture i have to go through weird stretching/posturing rituals that stretch my upper chest/neck skin back and its kinda painful
 
Bad posture seems to be the norm unfortuneately. I had to correct this problem as well and yes it was painful, but the rewards are worth it.

Most people don't keep their shoulders back during everyday activity. Then add lifting in an improper position and soon you have the shoulders forward look. Takes a while to fix it but just keep doing exactly what you're doing. Stretch everyday and I always recommend light face pulls for helping the inner back muscles win the posture war.
