for sure one of my favorite guys on here want to see some more lifting videos from him though! He needs to stop getting injured so he can deadlift and squat more!

Awesome man.. glad to hear things are falling into place for you.. I've been pretty good- off to college in late August, training has been going nicely, and life has been pretty fun :)

not to mention jdid's squat and deadlift has been shooting up, he pulled 355 a little while ago

Muhlenberg College in PA- small liberal arts school. are you in college at the moment?

ah good shit man :) It's in allentown near lehigh and lafayette.

I know someone who almost went to charleston, but ended up going to a local school instead
 
Thanks EM for all the help.Helped me get off on the right track, and been in my log since i started this stuff! So much help, and he's actually very knowledgeable about all this stuff for his age, and a fucking beast at 15!!! Keep it up man!
 
EM is a great little bro. Not so little anymore though! You are years ahead of the game EM. Wish I had that going for me when I was your age.
 
knowledgeable for his age and definitely training way smarter than i did when i was around his age.
