Extasy - PLEASE HELP!

My girlfriend appears to be on some kind of drug, and I believe it is extasy. I am really really scared of what she is doing and how she is reacting to it. She is NOT there (so to speak). She cannot hear me talk, she paces everywhere, always fiddling around with her hair and face, the black of her eyes are huge and she seems completely in her own world. I am ready to take her into the hospital because she cannot even hold any kind of conversation with me. Does anybody know what the symptoms are of taking this drug? I don't want to lose her and I feel she is way out there and out of control. Anybody, please help.

Has she done this before?

It could be lots of things, including X. If you think she's in danger, best to take her to the emergency room.

The only danger from X is over heating, make sure she is drinking a shit load of water and try to moniter her temperature. But nobody here is a medical doctor, so if you're that concerned get her to a doc.
X does dialate your pupils and speeds you up. Is she talking really fast and/or grinding her teeth/chewing? If so it is x or speed, maybe meth but I don't know for sure. It will take a few hours before she stops being hyper if that's the case.

One thing I did notice is that she moves her lips (facial lips for you pervs ) alot, like she is talking to herself. Her hands and feet are ice cold. Another thing I noticed is last week she slept ALOT, I mean all day. The part that scares me is that she does not hear me when I talk to her. I stopped by my bros house to get some paperwork and she was with me and she did not even know I went. She asked me about 1 hour later where I got the paperwork. She will not tell me what she is on. I am just scared that she is too high, or whatever it is, and that she might od. I don't know where she keeps it and I work all day so I cannot watch her. BTW, is X a powder or a pill?

usually does but depends on how much you've had too, to much and you may just zone out and think you're talking, but then you're usually to f'd up to move too... clenching teeth is a pretty good tell as DAW mentioned. still, could be any number of things...

Bro, a couple years ago i experienced with exstacy and know quite a bit about it. When i was on it, i was ecstatic (lol) and very extroverted, as well as everyone else that was on it. That is what it does. Basically, you feel awesome the first few times you do it, but then it gets old and also fucks you up. Your memory gets fucked up and your whole outlook on life changes. Anyways, it does not sound like that is what she is on from what you are describing. Things to look for are if her eyes roll to the back of her head ocasionally and if she is hot. Ecstacy increases the body temp. It sounds to me like she is definitely taking some kind of Meth (ie, speed, crank, crystal meth, etc.). Meth will make you act sketchy. People act like they are in their own world, have a hard time paying attention, and sweat a lot. It also makes you cold. Also, when you come down from it, you are extremely fatigued and can sleep all day, like you said she did. That is probably what she is doing. And if that is the case, dump her. Meth is the dirtiest drug you can do and fucks people up. However, exstacy is considered a methamphetamine, but it is really in a category of its own. Like is said before, i don't think that is what she is on. Oh yeah, and exstacy is a pill. I hope this helps you out. Later

may be having a bad acid trip... see if you can just get her to calm down if that is the case and reasure her its all in her head and that everything will be back to normal soon enough.

it'd be best to try to get her to tell you what she took. try to be as calm and cool as you can or she might not be as likely to tell you. try explaining that you are just worried about her and need to know if she's ok or if she needs to goto the ER

if things get bad, emergency room is the best route to go.

Thanks bros. I even tried the approach of asking her to take it with me, just to atleast know that she is on it. I heard her mention it before with friends and that is the only reason I think she is on it. She does always complain about being cold. Like driving in the car, I like driving with the window down and she always says it is too cold and she cranks up the heat to unbearable levels. Somehow I just need to reassure her that I care a lot about her and that I only want to help her. Thanks again guys.

Sounds to me like either a hallucinogencic/disassociative OR more likely meth...what are her sleeping habits? Weight loss? Oily skin/acne?

Could it also be withdrawals or effects from an opiate like oxycontin. I know those things put you through crazy withdrawal and make you totally out of it. Ive had a couple of friends hospitalized while going through withdrawals.
