I'm going 2 see what gains i can acheive with 250mg of omedren per week for 12 weeks with 400 grams protein a day,mult-vitamins-anti oxants,a proper body building weight training program,for power increases.
8 meals a day.Plenty of rest 8-10 hours a day.

Its now day three (no suggestions please) I feel tired today i took a day off my second day after doing full upper body workout just for somhing diffrent !1(not a common thing.I'm Gonna Do my legs today. My bf is still the same at 8% . But my weight has increased 1 1/2 pounds. I feel The same as before Just waiting on an increase in Power im gonna add 5 pounds on my deadlift and squat . My neck is the only part that seems thicker to me

well - lets see i got up this morning took a big dump, did my oblation to my solitary omna vial, started to cook breakfast - - not what we want to hear - week 2 week will be fine
