if it's domestic fuck no it doesn't go through customs

on the other hand if you're ordering from overseas(international)unfortunately,yes it goes through customs.

if your getting/shipping domestic, fuck no, NEVER express . Priority mail only!!!!!!! You go Express domestically, sure it may not go through customs, but guess what? It still gets shipped on a plane, and goes through a metal detector

Uhm.....Cargo isn't x-ray'd before being loaded on to a Cargo-Only aircraft. Haz is segregated and the load is balanced but that's about it. Freight is loaded into "A cans" and rolled onto the plane. To break down every can at the ramp and inspect for contraband would take hundreds of man hours.

There would be no such thing as express service.....Playa

Well thanks, I was unaware of all that. I've just always been told NEVER use Express for domestic shipments but nvr knew ALL the details

Even though all domestic packages aren't being screen , I thought therewere being randomly opened
DHL may be a better choice domestically

If you order international, it will 100% pass through customs. Your package will either be:

1)Skipped and not inspected-goes right through.
2)Opened, inspected and cleared - friends have had this happened with early stealth
3)Opened, Inspected and seized - There goes your $$$

Makes sense. In Canada, Canada post can open anything that looks suspicious or they suspect contains illicit goods. Reasonable and probable grounds is not a requisite - only mere suspicion.

EVERYTHING goes thru customs express or not, it is a safer practice

That is correct. The government does not need a warrant to open mail but only if there exigent circumstances are present. For example, a package that leaks or a "ticking time bomb" package could be opened without a warrant.

I went Express Domestic a couple times, and got my package in 2 days each time! Cost a lil more, but I'm impatient! I think $20.-$30 extra dollars is worth not waiting day after day to see if it made it.

That's correct. But.....UPS has several hundred investigators company-wide that actually initiate cases. Fed Ex doesn't devote quite as much to security and with DHL it's all but non-existent.

This is a good point. I know they used to need to have a warrant to open usps, but probably not anymore.

especially if the source is a shitty packer and a vial busts, if they are bored they open the pack, next step once they find the roids is notify post master then your fucked!!
however i have seen some guys recieve some pretty oil soaked packs in my time here.

then yes its going through customs, also express is better than airmail wich can take weeks to come and you or the source have the faintest clue were the pack is at any given moment.
