Explosive Training may be the way to go!

I've seen him before. I think his training style might be god to implement for a very short basis. However, that style puts a huge strain on the joints, and it is incredibley dangerous.
 
I've heard mostly negative things about it. There's a few people at my gym (not that its terribly huge or anything) that do it and one of them blew his right shoulder out two months ago and still has it braced up. Now he looks funny cause he keeps working out without using his hurt arm - his left arm is significantly bigger than the right.
Doesn't seems worth it to me.
