I bought some meta moucil orange flavor powder that I couldn't use for health issues, I'm ok now it expired 6 months ago is it ok still to use?

As with ANY supplement (or food for that matter). What does it look like, smell like or (without swallowing) taste like? Is it dry or damp? If it's ok then it's good to go. If not - bin it.
As long as you stored it in proper conditions (in a dry cool place without direct sunlight), it should be perfectly fine to use. If it does not smell or taste weird, in the worst of the cases it will not be as effective.
Supplements don't really expire. As a supplement ages, it looses potency. It doesn't become rancid or anything like that. Generally speaking, a supplement is still fine to consume up to 2 years after it's expiration date.
For the future - metamucil is full of sugar. Once you are done the metamucil, just get a plain psyllium husk fibre.
