Exercises for long head of tricep (inside)

I was curious what some of you guys do for exercises to really give the long head of your triceps a serious workout. I seem to be overdeveloping the lateral and medial head of my triceps more so than the long heads.
 
MM, any exercise where the arms are overhead will stress the long head of the triceps. My favorite is Overhead DB Extensions(Heavy). They will kill the Triceps!!!
 
I would recommend skulls. Then I remembered how much they hurt my elbows after awhile going heavy on them. Try DB extensions, as mentioned above. They may be easier.
 
I do kickbacks with a rope. Just throw the cables on the lowest setting, and grab a bench and put it in front of the cables. Then pull the rope so it's just one long piece of rope instead of two, and do kickbacks with it. You can position your upper arm differently every time, so you can shift the emphasis to the exact part of the tris you want to hit.
 
the long head is active more in an overhead (tricep stretched) position or for slight adduction, so a tricep pressdown pulling IN to the body. basically you would set up to with the cable coming down towards your hips instead of straight down.
