Excellent reading on IGF1-Lr3

Grunt76 has helped me a lot. he has answered every one of my questions and even helped me with very specific regiments...

Its not like insulin, I have heard of only a few claims of people feeling hypo effects. If you have a proper diet and know how to fuel your body after your workout, then the scare factor is 0.
Its easy to mix bro, but if you think you cant handle it most distributors offer it premixed and it is just as good as lyophilized.
 
I know the exact posts on the board you got that from.... what's confusing me is the frequency of injects.... EOD according to Grunt, but many swear by daily injects (2-a-days), right after a workout... the other thing is site injects...Grunt recommends injecting in the muscles trained, and on days off from the gym, shoot in the lagging muscle groups..... others say that this theory has no substance -- just shoot it anywhere.... finally, he suggests 40mcg as a good dosage, while others say that's too low even for a beginner.... so what to believe?

I'm starting my IGF cycle real soon, I'm about 1 week in PCT.... so I'm trying to figure out a good dosage, when to inject, how often, where to inject, and how long to run the cycle.

Ya, and if it really is giving you site growth, why wouldn't you be able to rotate injection sites and continue to get results for months that way?
 
I just got some more IGF and have read Grunts protocol. Sounds interesting, it sure would make the IGF go alot further and supposedly you wont have to cycle off of it at those doses. I'm thinking about giving it a run that way for at least a month. I'll post up and let everyon know how it goes. I jsut started hgh yesterday and will start the igf on grunts protocol next week aand then throw in low dose slin 3 days a week the week after that.

Yes I was, and hense the reason I stated above that an "old dog was taught a new trick"

First and foremost I am not sold on it - but I am willing to try it. Further more I think I am going EOD, not e3d.
