I know the exact posts on the board you got that from.... what's confusing me is the frequency of injects.... EOD according to Grunt, but many swear by daily injects (2-a-days), right after a workout... the other thing is site injects...Grunt recommends injecting in the muscles trained, and on days off from the gym, shoot in the lagging muscle groups..... others say that this theory has no substance -- just shoot it anywhere.... finally, he suggests 40mcg as a good dosage, while others say that's too low even for a beginner.... so what to believe?
I'm starting my IGF cycle real soon, I'm about 1 week in PCT.... so I'm trying to figure out a good dosage, when to inject, how often, where to inject, and how long to run the cycle.
