Thought I'd share a couple of excel files I set up. One is blank exercise log pages with a body fat measurement from calipers (seven measurement points). The other is a 1RM calculator for 5x5 exercises utilizing the Matt Brzycki (sic) formula as a basis but substituting your own lifts to calculate the delta. Take a look and use them or not as you will. The variation on the Bryzicki formula is shown in an equation editor box at the bottom.
