Good shit steve.... Looking good man... So are you eating alot of carbs or just staying low for the lean look?
my diet stays the same year round.. when i go into a cutting mode I will pop a forged burner in the morning and reduce portions.
but i believe in carbs, cals, protein, vits/minerals with every meal. something typical i go for is a chicken, brown rice, green veggie meal. a time and money saving trick is buy your meat, your veggies, your rice.. then cook it all at once.. bake the meat in the oven, boil the veggies and boil the rice. put them in tupperware.. that will last you the week and you don't have to worry about it going bad. when you want to eat just re-heat it. saves you a ton of time
also i eat a lot of cage free omega eggs, sweet potato's, and organic food.
my only cheat is i will have a slice of cheesecake maybe once a month. other than that i don't cheat at all and i avoid restaurant food and obviously fast food etc.
i'm aiming for 200 pounds while keeping body fat under 14%.
i doubt i will get there this cycle.. but that is my goal right now over the next year.
at my height getting over 200 without looking like a bloated, chubby pig isn't easy to do. if my body fat starts inching up over 15% then i go into cutting mode and incorporate extra cardio...
