Ex Player needs cycle suggestions....Pics

Height: 6’2
Weight: 225
BF%: 12-14%

Bench: 365
Squat: 430
Clean: 310

Workout and run 4x’s a week.

-Not looking to bulk up.
-Bulk and strength gains are not a big concern at all.
-10 pound weight gain is the absolute most.
-Not looking to become ridiculously ripped.
-Just want to lower BF and have my abs show through.
-Looking for the safest, mildest dosages.

I’ve been working out and running since I was about 15, when I started playing football. I played for a D1 school for 4 years so I know how to workout, run, and diet. However, I have a thyroid problem that messes with my metabolism. So, its almost impossible for me to get rid of this fat around my stomach and have some abs. I have lost weight, (been around 210, it just looks unhealthy) but even then I have always kept this nagging fat in my stomach area. I’m not looking for freakish abs, I just want them to be noticeable.

Any suggestions from personal experience would be greatly appreciated?

Yea, no doubt I understand. Its not like an issue that I have to take medication for everyday or anything. Doctors said when I was born that I would never be able to play sports because I would tire out to easily. That obviously didnt hold up. But yea, seeing a doctor about it isnt a bad idea. Preciate it.
 
im not one to usually push someone away from juice, but your goals sound very moderate and i think can be acheived with some fat burners(eca stack), cardio, and diet

most all juice is going to make you bigger and stronger

i guess you could do a low dose tren + anavar stack + diet and cardio
that would keep the bloat down, help you retain you muscle while losing fat

maybe 50mg eod of tren
40-50 mgs a day of anavar

Yea man, I understand getting bigger and stronger are all apart of juice, however, I was just trying to get across that I dont mind gaining about 5-10 pounds and getting a little stronger. Im just not trying to have the whole bodybuilder, swoll look. Thanks for your advice, 5x10.
 
Let me rephrase what Ive been saying. Im definitely down with putting on a little size, there is no problem there. My main concern is getting rid of this fat around my stomach and having my abs show. So, for anyone reading, I dont mind getting a little bigger. Im not trying to avoid getting a little big. Thats the point im trying to make. Sorry guys. Thanks for the help.
 
I would get your thyroid levels checked. If they are low, see about getting it supplemented with a script. I would look at winny, primobolan, and Trenbolone. If you always had a tire around your waist and you were ripped elsewhere, you may want to look at getting it lipoed. I did that under my chin. I was at 11% bodyfat with a double chin that I could not get rid of. Now I am one sexy, square-jawed biatch!
 
I agree with what everyone else is saying. Your goals seem really attainable w/o any gear. See a doctor about the thyroid condition
