Everyone's Favorite Multi-Vitamin ?

Kirklands good (they have another brand with herbs) plus they don't have iron which can be a bad thing, as well as vitamin e and c taken at more than 3X's RDA values.

Usually the stuff get pissed away, but Kirkland is always quality.

I use "One Source" from Wal Mart...Same dosing as Centrum...but 1/2 the price.

I used to take Opti-men, but I will switch to NOW Adam. When im off of this stupid accutane. (vitamin a intake = bad with accutane)

Both good brands formulated for bodybuilding needs.

I gave Animal Pak a shot, but swallowing those fucking pills became too much of a process. Some of them are thick as hell, they made me spit them back out because I couldnt swallow.

Beverley Training Pack is the only multi I've taken where I've noticed a marked difference in quality, tho I don't always but them because of the price. I agree Now Food's Adam is decent, as is Soloray Spectro, but I like to supplement a few of the dosages with these two.
