The absorbtion of Resveratrol is actually pretty good and too much is worse than not enough. (Oxidation, over thinning of the blood, anxiety, weakness). Between 25 and 50 is the "sweet spot" in regard to estrogen managemnt, longevity and disease prevention. No more.

Yep, VIGOR was a great supplement but a little too esoteric to catch on. I put the Careo as just ONE of the ingredients in BRIDGE to help increase blood volume -- which is in part, something steroids do. That'll help bring about faster, more intense pumps.

That much can cause joint pain and over thinning of the blood to the point where it won't clot properly. Back off. You don;t need that much.
