People have to learn that there are repercussions for their actions. I don't like to ban people, but in some cases it is warranted. No offense, but most normal members don't know what goes on behind the scenes. Just trust in us that we are doing the right thing. You may not like all the MODs, that's fine, but to personally attack a MOD or member will not be tolerated any longer. There is no need for that. Joking here and there is fine...as long as both parties have no problem with it. I could give a fuck less if somebody made fun of me...I'm a man secure in his manhood, spirituality, and sexuality. I come on here to have fun, and to teach and learn about anabolics. The personal attacks will stop. Don't think that the banishment of Steel Beast or any of the others were by a single MOD..because that is wrong. The decision will not be reversed either....they were banned for good reasons. I personally like some of the Steel Beast's posts as well as Johnny Z's. But just cuz I like them, doesn't mean they didn't do anything wrong. They shouldn't take their banishment personal..we're not here to maliciously ban people. If they do come back as different handles, and behave, then I have no problem with that. I'm off my soapbox.

Again for the record, when we all signed on to Elite we agreed to certain rules and regulations. Simply put when you break the rules time and time again warning after warning the only alternative is to go. Sure some may sign back on under different names, but essentially if those names also break the rules, those people go also. It's cut and dry, Folks. When the harrassment goes beyond the board into someone's personal life and begins to disrupt their life and family, then yes it has gone too far. Moderators do not ban members, they only keep the Administrator abreast of all the thing going on and the ultimate banning power lies in the hands of George. I respect that and support that. If I am wrong, then ban me! Dballer I would use my last keystroke to step out and defend your rights just as boldly if you were on the other end and it was putting your family in danger.

buck you've said nothing which has'nt been said a hundred times here already !. As you know there's some of us old timer's here on e/f who are genuinly concerned at the direction the board is taking. Some people have posted that "it's just the internet", well I'd say not. Elitefitness is just another extension to the life style I and many others here choose to lead. I too learn alot more about that lifestyle in the 2 years I've been here than 10 year's in any gym.
Where else in the world would we have the knowledge that logs onto elitefitness day in, day out ?.
George has stated, and I've repeated it here many times since.
We have the best minds in BB'ing, anabolics, power lifting, martial arts, general health and fitness, womens issues to name but a few on elitefitness and even taking the new platinum memberships into account all this knowledge is still freely available !.
And some say "It's just the internet", ah.........

It's doing ok bro, it get's very sore easily, I don't know what is going on internally but it feels like alot of scar tissue back there, when I flex my glutes for example I can feel alot of 'crunching.'

At the rate it is healing I'd say at least another 6 months to a year before it's back to normal, if ever. Gear is helping alot though.
