There is no need for this type of response thread... A lot of you are taking Nelsons thread way to far... Its getting way out of hand and I would recommend locking that thread....

Come on bro. You now that title was meant to be provocative. Nobody really took it seriously so there's no need for this.

As far as locking the other thread, no need for that either. I don't believe in shutting off good info and a lively debate because one or two guys act like jackasses. The mods got that covered.
 
EF has TONS of great bro's! Nelson is a good bro too, I simply disagreed with his AAS advice.

Nelson stated that anyone who uses anabolic steroids to REDUCE BODYFAT WHILE PRESERVING(or even gaining) MUSCLE is wasting their time and their juice.

According to Nelson, Anabolic Steroids are ONLY to be used during BULKING phases, and that you won't lose ANY significant amount of muscle mass if you try CUTTING without the use of Anabolic Steroids.

I fervently disagreed with him, stating that if if you try entering a calorie defecit and performing increased cardio while NOT ANY ANABOLIC STEROIDS; you will LOSE MUSCLE, plain and simple.

When I am dropping bodyfat, my cutting cycles consist of a minimum dosage of testosterone(200-300mgs) in conjunction with a secondary anabolic such as Primobolan or Masteron, and perhaps an oral to facilitate hardness and vascularity, such as Anavar or Winstrol.

Furthermore, certain steroids DRASTICALLY INCREASE MUSCLE HARDNESS(Masteron, Tren, Winstrol, Anavar, Halotestin), so these steroids are best utilized while the bodyfat percentage is low, so these effects can be seen.

However, I do agree with Nelson that the primary purpose of Anabolic Steroids is to BUILD MUSCLE MASS, and guys trying to "CUT" for their first cycle or "lean bulk" without having sufficient mass is just ridiculous.

Word. He's a writer. The most important item in writing is an attention grabber, otherwise, people will not read it.

I think Both Ross and Nelson are good bros, just with different opinions. It's good to have debate. Along those lines, the threads should not get locked either.

test= bw-men

more test= more man

more (bw-men) = more man

more's take each other

bw= 2 men .

so test+men= 2 men
juicing equals= at least 2 man.

man it sucks for me bc i have enough size in my chest and back but my biceps/arms suck

so im stuck bc i dont want to use test and keep growing i want just my arms to catch up...

sucks having a very visible lagging body part.

same for me.

My arms are incredibly lagging. And I have very wide structure so they look even thinner.
I suggest you to do what i am doing an having some success.
They probably lack because there isnt good motor unit recruitment in those areas.

plus they r long..... my torso is long to, but it bulks up easy. thats why i did not want to take test bc i could take test and lay on my ass all day and put size on in chest and back.... fuckin arms? no way!

so what do you mean? what do you do?

yep I am very tall too. I am kind of in same situtation. Here are few things I am doing and starting to see some benefit right now.

1 - lift weights as fast as possible . pause 1 second at the bottom at some of them to eliminate stretch reflex

2- perform maximal isometric with a complex-movement about a minute after that. Still, dont go to failure, lift afap. This way you recruit more motor units but the effects start diminishing if you wait over 2 minutes

3- increase frequency , this is the key to motor learning

4- perform maximal isometrics on its own. At least 3 position on each movement.

5- strengthening forearm, especially the wrist extensors. Also do good amount of reverse curl work. This will increase poundages you can handle very visuably.
