I dont think that sweeping generalizations like this are sound advice - not at all.
Saying that Test should or can be a part of a bulking and/or cutting cycle is probably MORE true, but even that is not 100% of the time, for ALL persons.
D-Bol is great - but for a first timer? I think DBol can be a bit harsh from peopl I have spoken with, and many of its gains are water, and it places a huge stress of suppoorting systems due to the rapid gains.
Fine for every cutting cycle? Excuse me, but Tren (fina) is one of the harshest things out there, and most people that I know who have done it have stated that its NOT for novices.
I think the BEST advice is that everyone who considers doing AS should be aware of what their goals are, spend a LOT of time educating themselves, then re-asess their goals base on that knwoledge, then pick their cycle and substances based upon sound knowledge and reasonable goals. NOT based upon generalizations.
