Relax brotha! I agree with you. Mexican Spanish is shit. Castejano(sp?) is the real language. It's amazing the difference in the two if you speak Castejano. I know you've done your research.

Castellano Spanish is the original language.......Mexican Spanish is more like slang. You gotta know some of the Mexican spanish or it will be obvious you're a foreigner and you'll get taken anyway......whether you speak proper Spanish or not.....

If you don't know any Spanish or you aren't going with someone who does, it's probably not in your best interests to go.....

The value of life isn't that great in Mexico.....in a country that poor your life isn't worth much......

Some of you kids need to think about these things before you go wandering across like it's a playground.

Bro, like the rest say, go to the vet-pharm guys. There is a vet gear dealer in the "tourist trap" on the "safe" side of the bridge. Its tucked away in the far corner. Prices could be better.

As far as safety, I have never had ANY problems in Mexico (including Juarez). You do need to be cognicent of safety issues just like any other city in the states. I have walked form Revelucion back to the States at 3 or4 am. I was also with two friends.

My advice is to go over the bridge (walk or taxi) during the day. Find what u need. Go to Adelita's - have a good time for 60$ or so and go back to the states with a group (friends or otherwise). If u are paranoid (like me), you may want to take any metal rings off of the vials(Small pocketknife). I have never set any detector off, but i'mm paranoid. May want to tape the stopper to the vial for safety. Its easier than expaining to the customs agent that the stain by your crotch is from the whorehouse( not 2 mention your gear running down your leg).
I'm going down there for spring break in a couple of weeks.....mmmmm beer, poon, and gear....the tri-fecta.

hahahahaha going to mexico is not dangerous i live in the border but i have 2 houses one in mexico one in us but im always in mexico because my business is there.. I can buy gear easy and thats a lie the gear that farmacias sell is not fake ..u are buying from a farmacia (pharmacy) u are not buying from someone in the street farmacias sell real gear not fake ..but if u don't speak spanish is better to go with someone that does and to get cheap prices u need to buy at farmacias that are far away from the border ...and if u planning to cross at night it's better at night on friday or saturday and with a couple or friends at 1 or 2 am because they will think that u croos to dance to a clubs or to party and they are not going to search u ...

Good (As good as Mexi Gear can be) can be obtained cheaply, and safely in Tijuana IF you know where to get it and how to go about it.

I am not going to type it all out again, you will have to search the last TJ thread.

I do NOT recommend doing it, especially having your first time now that security is tighter at the border.

Any Spanish is better than none. I'm not hispanic, nor do I speak Spanish. I've gotten gear from Mexico, Spain, and South America in person, and I've never been fucked with, nor I have I ever gotten fake shit. If you know what to look for, how to deal with business people, and have street smarts you'll be fine. If you're an ignorant fuck you could be in for a long day....
