Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below although i have only seen the ones on ESPN, i must say that strong man competitions are extremely fun to watch. i have no idea how some of these freaks do the things they do. for such big men to be so athletic is unheard of. it's not just about strength anymore. you have to be all around excellent. in most of the ones i have seen thus far it seems like the guy who is the fastest wins (not the biggest or strongest).

Strength is measured in many ways. Strength is sometimes in conjunction with being very slow. Strongman tries to get away from that. They also want to produce the type of athlete that is somewhat pleasing to the crowd...and not greatly overweight. Even the overweight guys who compete in strongman are in great shape though...
