Evening out symmetry

My left bicep and tricept are lagging compared to my right. Almost everybody has it but I thought over time (3yrs) the weaker arm would catch up a little. I havn't tried any iso work yet. Theres only a half inch difference but visually its pretty damn annoying. Everywhere else it pretty dang close.

Should I just shut up and make them both bigger or is there any tricks?
 
Extra reps bro,say your doing curls @ 10-8-6 then do 12-10-8 with the smaller arm.

When you do your flies,dumbbell or machine just add a few xtra on the weak side,and one arm push ups
