Estrogen levels?

is 53 pg/nl a high enough e2 level to cause some side effects. I think it might be. I have hot flashes and possibly little water bloat which causes some flushing and high blood pressure at times. I also have dry red eyes... What should i take to lower this? Arimidex or another AI. ANd long term use of arimidex bad for you??Let me know.

If this isnt hormonal , then i assume its allergies. Can you have flushing with allergies as well as red eyes without itching. Skin doesnt tan as well either so not sure what is up. Allergies or e2 levels causing this. I have been tested for most serious things with facial flushing, etc....so guess will see. let me know.

You are just above the normal range for men, which could be physiological or error in the measurement.

How old are you?

well i havent been on anything for a year. I have taken e2 levels twice in 6 months and both have been 53 pg/nl. testosterone is good. SHBG is somewhat high. All other blood tests seem to be ok. Free test is fine. Anything else that i would need to check. LH and FSH are ok. These side effects might be due to allergies. Not really sure. But i know my e2 level is about the only thing that comes up sort of high. Cortisol is also barely over upper range. Any thoughts? Should lowering e2 help. I am onmly 28/m. Very healthy . workout alot. had alot of blood work done and nothing comes out. Been to alot of eye doc and one said dry eyes. But that is such a broad diagnosis. I cant get any help at all from any doctors. Last resort is allergies i suppose. Any thoughts on here would help. It seems after lunch i would flush and if room is somewhat hot, my face seems to get hot very easily. Any thoughts ?

Take something for the allergies and see if it works bro. Thats the easy way to find out quick.

It is above normal, but OPTIMAL range is between 10 and 20 pg/ml

Some low dose arimidex along with some supplementation like POST CYCLE and Sustain should get it under control.

how long do I need to use the arimidex??? also one of my concerns is the fact i take proscar for 7 years. Could that be causing my e2 levels to remain sort of high. Also, once i quit taking proscar for like 3 months, my flushing got extremely worse . So thats why i started back on it> Any thoughts abotu that?

Yes, proscar can raise e.

how come when i was off of it my symptoms got worse. SOme rebound effect or something??
