Estrogen And Gains

Hello all. I have a question for those who know a good deal about this. I have read countless forums and articles online, only to get different answers.

I am getting ready to start my cycle in a weel or 2 and was worried about certain side effects. The poster Galaxy has been very helpful. My question has to do with estrogen. I have read about using arimidex and nolva. One stops it in it's tracks, the other does so, but differently. I know that arimidex will halt estrogen production for the length of the cycle. However, I read differing views. Some say that estrogen is needed for the massive gains and strength for a cycle. Others state that arimidex will do nothing more that stop gyno and the normal results will occur.

If I take arimidex throughout, I don't have to worry about gyno or getting nolva, but will my gains be hampered by it? I'm not worried about water as much as gyno, so would it just be better to have some nolva on hand and wait for the gyno to start?

I don't want to hampre my gains, and from some things I have read, stopping estrogen will do this. And then others say stopping estrogen doesn't hurt gains or strength whatsoever. Which is it?

Thanks

The cattle industry puts estradiol in their implants to promote meat, read muscle, production. You figure it out.

So it would be better in your opinion then to just keep some Nolva on hand in case of gyno and leave the arimidex alone?

Myself i try not to use any at all unless i see signs like bloating, itchy nipples...The body will balance out the estro and test itself...but i cant say for sure if there's any facts that keeping estro lower then the test will give more improvements... you think it would..

Thanks. But the things I have read is that the lack or lowering of estrogen causes gains to be hindered. Not the presence. But other articles and individuals say otherwise. As you can imagine, it's quite confusing to the person researching for the facts. Especially when you have one "guru" say that the other "guru" is incorrect. And vise versa.

In my experience I do tend to lean out a bit when using nolva during a cycle, so in my case I do lose some size in the form of water retention and fat, which I prefer since I have a harder appearence.

As far as Adex or Nolva hindering your size, some books say elavated test and elavated estrogen = bigger gains. You will get a lot of differing opinions on this.

Are you prone to gyno? What does your cycle look like? What is your experience level?

Thanks flyfox! This is actually my first cycle, so I wanted to do it right. I'm in no real hurry, as I can do cardio in the interim to burn fat. But I am ready to begin my homebrew of test and tren and I know that I can either take the dex and not have to worry about gyno, or I can purchase Nolva and have it there in case gyno begins. As I have researched this, I keep running into differing views. Some say that the lack of estrogen from dex will hinder gains, therefore keep Nolva handy and stay away from it. And others say that dex causes no hindering of gains through estrogen stoppage.

And here I stand in the middle of 2 differing views and not sure who is correct.

I have never used adex so I cannot give you any personal experience on it, though it seems to be the anti e of choice since it will block the prodution of estrogen. so if you want to err on the side of caution, this may be your best bet.

Nolva on the other hand does nothing to lower estogen, it simply binds the receptors protecting you from gyno and excess water and fat retention until your test and estrogen levels return to normal.

Keep in mind that estrogen related side affects go hand in hand with steroid dosages, If you take a conservitive approach you may have no issues at all, as the dosages increase so does the likelyhood of side effects.

Peace
