Estimate my bodyfat (pics)

Thanks to needsize and his 5x5, over the past 7 weeks of this routine I've put on about 10 pounds of lean mass with no increase or maybe even a small decrease in bodyfat. I'm still a small guy, but I've got alot of training ahead of me Sooner or later I'll get big. Here's what I look like now:

Here's the before pic for reference:

Anyway, I'm wondering what my bodyfat is right now, as shown in the upper two pics. I'm guessing somewhere around 15%. Anyone wanna make a guess? By the way, I'm 6', 178 pounds.

in pic03 your abs look more defined than pic02... Id guess under 15%. I think at 15% or more- I had no abs at all-- they really started showing at 12.

def improvement from your first pic... keep it up!!

10-12%. At this point you should be focusing 100% on mass building and not even be concerned with you bodyfat %. You can see your abs, so your bodyfat is low enough, but you need size.

I agree with Rich S...You should be bulking. Its hard to estimate someones bodyfat by looks, if you want a definitive answer you should have it tested by a PT

I AM bulking. Hoping to put on another 10 pounds in the next 2 months. I mean sure, I could probably gain weight a little faster than that, but I would rather stay pretty lean as I bulk.

Unless you've been training less than 6 months or you're on steroids, 10 lbs of muscle in 2 months is not a realistic goal, particularly if your aim is to not put on any fat at the same time.

I've only been training around 2 months as I said earlier and I've already put on a little more than 10 pounds of muscle (12 pounds total.) Before that, I trained sparsely at best. I expect the gains to slow down somewhat, but I don't think it's entirely unrealistic. At least not if I can keep up what I've alread done. We don't all start out as monsters you know.

I put on 8 lbs in 2 months naturally, I've been training for almost 2 years. A greater intensity in the gym and more calories can go a long way.
