Estimate bf % (pic) ...ready?

Never cycled before..been cuting for months, lost a LOT of muscle mass due to major tendon pull... have everything ready for a test only cycle, mainly to help me get me to my old self...wondering if my bf is <15 %...

Age - 21 (4.5 training.. almost 22 in a few months)
bw - 169
Powerlifted for a WHILE so never a big fan of hypertrophy..just wanna say im much much stronger than I look so dont be saying im small and w.e but should I cut down a bit or is this decent to start the "bikeride" ?
I was a bit leaner last month, craved some chocolate and went nuts on food past few weeks due to cutting for the previous months lol

Make sure you use like 1200mg of aas a week on your first cycle. :rolleyes:

But seriously, your gonna kill it when you do cycle. Some of these major shit heads running cycles with zero base or experience should be looking at this thread and get a fucking clue what a base looks like.

Haha thanks man...I honestly wouldnt cycle just yet, I KNOW I can gain more natty forsureee.. planned on doing it in a few years but my wheels, not gonna brag but woow were massive, now shrunk...was squatting 4plates ATG for reps with nothing but creatine :P but injury sucks man..it was about time my cns gave out on me..deadlifting 5 plates natty was prob my biggest accomplishment...until i hurt my back preparing for a pl meet (fucking russian powerlifting routine :@) gave time to heal...now about to go nuts this winter

Haha I thought my bf was like 16-17 ..thank god lol will keep a log when I start..hoping.to get back to old self..

I hear that.......some of my skinny-shit moron buddies that can hardly put up their bodyweight for exercises are considering AAS........I ought to show them this.

BF estimate......hmm......sort of depends on a few things. Lots of powerlifters and strength trainers tend to be leaner than their definition would suggest (ask me how I know that), so I would say anywhere from 11% on the low end, probably around 12% realistically.

Definitely lean enough to start AAS when you feel ready. Thank you for not being an idiot and a) starting AAS too young, b) starting AAS at 25% bodyfat or with no base, c) trying first to squeeze the most out of your natty gains. It reminds me that there's still hope for our generation.....
 
Forgot to mention, if you're looking for a good, safe segue into the world of substance, or if you're looking to start experimenting with research chems before you cycle, you should look into SARMs. They're a great easy, mild transition - a lot of them are specifically designed to lean you out too if thats something you're looking to do before you cycle as well.

I thought the same thing. My first inclination was to say 11%.
 
Fuck ya brotha your gonna kill it on your first cycle. I would just run a low-moderate dose of test 300-400mg/wk and you will love it... You already have a base so you don't need a lot of test to see the gains you want. There will be plenty more cycles lol so leave some room for the future. You're still young so make sure you cover everything and have a good PCT set up. Good luck my man
