Estimate bf % (pic) ...ready?

Never cycled before..been cuting for months, lost a LOT of muscle mass due to major tendon pull... have everything ready for a test only cycle, mainly to help me get me to my old self...wondering if my bf is <15 %...

Age - 21 (4.5 training.. almost 22 in a few months)
bw - 169
Powerlifted for a WHILE so never a big fan of hypertrophy..just wanna say im much much stronger than I look so dont be saying im small and w.e but should I cut down a bit or is this decent to start the "bikeride" ?
I was a bit leaner last month, craved some chocolate and went nuts on food past few weeks due to cutting for the previous months lol

Haha thanks man...I honestly wouldnt cycle just yet, I KNOW I can gain more natty forsureee.. planned on doing it in a few years but my wheels, not gonna brag but woow were massive, now shrunk...was squatting 4plates ATG for reps with nothing but creatine :P but injury sucks man..it was about time my cns gave out on me..deadlifting 5 plates natty was prob my biggest accomplishment...until i hurt my back preparing for a pl meet (fucking russian powerlifting routine :@) gave time to heal...now about to go nuts this winter

Haha I thought my bf was like 16-17 ..thank god lol will keep a log when I start..hoping.to get back to old self..

I hear that.......some of my skinny-shit moron buddies that can hardly put up their bodyweight for exercises are considering AAS........I ought to show them this.

BF estimate......hmm......sort of depends on a few things. Lots of powerlifters and strength trainers tend to be leaner than their definition would suggest (ask me how I know that), so I would say anywhere from 11% on the low end, probably around 12% realistically.

Definitely lean enough to start AAS when you feel ready. Thank you for not being an idiot and a) starting AAS too young, b) starting AAS at 25% bodyfat or with no base, c) trying first to squeeze the most out of your natty gains. It reminds me that there's still hope for our generation.....
 
Forgot to mention, if you're looking for a good, safe segue into the world of substance, or if you're looking to start experimenting with research chems before you cycle, you should look into SARMs. They're a great easy, mild transition - a lot of them are specifically designed to lean you out too if thats something you're looking to do before you cycle as well.

Fuck ya brotha your gonna kill it on your first cycle. I would just run a low-moderate dose of test 300-400mg/wk and you will love it... You already have a base so you don't need a lot of test to see the gains you want. There will be plenty more cycles lol so leave some room for the future. You're still young so make sure you cover everything and have a good PCT set up. Good luck my man

I agree with around 12% probably mid/low 12%.....solid base with much to build on.
 
yeah you could just be bloated this particular day.. make sure you isolate foods that bloat you and eliminate them ahead of pics in the future.. always want to look your best when you take pics. also stand up straight and don't slouch. i will take some adex leading up to pics to flush out any excess water and I'm very careful what i eat. even brocolli is capable of bloating many people.. dairy are no-no's obviously, breads, all sugars.

if not for your stomach bloat i would say 11-12 ... whatever it is you look good. keep it up. you still look RAW.. be careful about abusing roids so young, let your muscles mature.. but unlike so many fools you actually have been busting your ass in the gym

Very solid advice, I have always neglected this. That's why pics are best first thing in the morning after a workout for me.
 
You look more than 169lbs! Nice proportional body. I would almost hold off on running a cycle. All that will do is add mass, and you have good mass. Plus at your age I wouldn't want to mess with the endocrine system that built that amount of muscle mass! I would look into intermittent fasting / keto to cut down a little and maintain muscle. You have a very good start to looking like a pro-bber.
 
For sure under 15%. I'm with columbo and some others, 12%. Well done. Could be 169 if he's like 5'7"-5'8".

Keepitreal, how tall are you? What are your goals in the gym - as in trying to compete, just getting beastly to pull in tail, powerlifting?

Good to hear you're not thinking of switching over to aas any time soon. You could probably compete natty if you cut like mryar said. If you're even interested in that...

IM going to guess 13.5% lol looking good dude. I wouldn't use aas until you can't get any bigger naturally. Use n2slin hcvenerate unleashed and other natural boosters

I'm assuming you are a shorter guy based on your stats. At 169 i figure you have to be shorter than me. As a reference, im at 178 in my avi, and im 5'9". You have a great build and a solid foundation, and I would peg you right at 11-12%. Nice work!

My purpose to use aas is not to 'look good' ...I realized I need the.next step if I want to have a chance to compete with these 'other' guys...
Plan b - do a natural mens physique show this april but even natural shows arent really natural. Im sure some guys are on something..
so far it looks like a test only to add some clean mass.

If competing is something you want to pursue, then entering men's physique is probably a smart move for your first show. It will give you an idea of what contest prep is like without having to get quite as lean as a competing bodybuilder. Physique shows are judged more based on overall appearance rather than muscle mass, so that would be another reason until you get to the point where you are ready to do a BB show. That's actually my same plan next year.
 
its nice to see someone who actually trained and got a nice base and isnt a fucking moron thinking juice at that age is the only way... nice work... you are at 13% but you could easily get under 10% with a change in your diet... at your age, it will not be difficult at all if you fix that... im guessing that's the only thing holding you back... do you do any cardio? you could definitely tear some shit up man... the opportunity is there... you can do it without anything in relation to aas as well...

bro i have NEVER done cardio. well maybe like 4-5 times in the past 5-6 months. I always believed in diet is everything.to cut fat, also I have probably worked abs maybe a few times these past few months of cutting...felt like diet will being my abs up but thats only.true.to a certain degree. so i have leanered alot..also I reallly.do wanna.hit 10% before any aas but ive been cutting for 5-6 ish months (bf started was prob 20+ maybe 24 but strong as a fucking ox...I used powerlifting as an excuse to eat anything and.let my self slip...pic attached)

lets say I say I wanna hit 10% natty, anything that can 'help' me..tbh not making excuses but cutting for.soo long.natural, eventually.your body startes taking away some.muscle mass, already lost a lot of.mass.... anything to prevent that if I decide to hit a lower bf before cycle ?

SARMS might be a good option for you to consider to help hold muscle mass while cutting up more. A stack of Ostarine, S4, and GW would be excellent for cutting up and possibly even gaining more muscle in the process. ;)

hey bro... "doing abs" is not how to get them... eating properly and cardio get you abs... you don't have to do crazy amounts of cardio but to really hit those low body fat numbers, cardio is going to get you there...

if you dose s4 properly and don't abuse it then the chances of side effects are much smaller...
 
yeah dude at your age you can get away with JUST cardio or JUST diet. but as you get older you will have to incorporate both.

i remember my diet was far inferior to what it is now when i was your age but i still had an 8 pack thanks to lots of cardio. things get harder as you age.

I wouldnt let the vision side effects ruing your consideration of S4. Its a great compound and vision sides are very person dependent - especially at low doses, a lot of people dont even get them.

Plus, if you read up on it, the vision sides are caused by a metabolite (m1 I believe?) that you can clearly tell goes away within a day of stopping use of S4. If you cycle is 5 days on and 2 days off it will prevent vision sides for sure.

I've trained members that put on up to an inch and a half on cycle, anything is possible, being your first cycle those virgin recepters are gonna respond nicely.

1% is a corpse, the body needs some fat to exist.

So again really new to this, I opened my vial and i heard a break noise guessing thats the plastic cover..now after i open the vial im assuming I throw away the cap right it doesnt seem to fit lol noob quest.
