Saw someone got booted from the Olympics for testing positive for it. Doesn't look like it has sides other than boosting blood pressure.
Anyone got any experience/knowledge to share about this? I read the first few links on google about it. Sounds like it's good for cardio - but not sure whether for training, race day, both, proper usage, etc.
