Equipose--ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz

i think most AAS cause lethargy especially towards the beginning of the cycle. haven't run eq but i've heard the same complaint before.

i think this is mostly metabolic as your body is suddenly dealing with lower blood sugar levels and hasn't compensated by upping cortisol yet.

You are right... My Blood pressure is high.. 140/90....I check my pressure every day, and ever since this cycle, it has risen from the 125/80.

Supposely EQ increase Red Blood Cells, (though all roids do to a degree)

Got to work on that Blood Pressure... Any suggestions?

I eat 4 times a day, 200mg of protein, Not much junk food. Average calories. Dont smoke, and only drink moderately on Saturdays. Dont do cardio, but do plenty of ship ups and the like.

Sure! But you won't like it.....a proven method cardio, and supplement with taurine should get you in range if you do this 3 times a week. your BMR and BP should fall significently after week 2-3 depends upon your physical condition..

As has been noted the lethargy is likely from the increase in blood pressure and the increase in blood poressure is probably due to the increase in red blood cells. A high red blood cell count will slow blood velocity which directly could result in the increase in blood pressure. If this is the case the usual methods for reducing your blood pressure might not proove overly effective. I would suggest two things to consider.

Firstly is hydration. If you can keep yourself properly hydrated this will assist with maintaining good blood plasma levels which when lowered can cause a shift to higher red blood cell counts so hydration can be very important. Secondly donate some blood. This is just a mechanical means to remove some blood and simultaneously lower your overall RBC count. It's only a temporary means but may be all that is needed in this instance.

bro, how many shots a week you taking? Isn't ganabol like 50mg/ml

shit is allot... both ganabol and laurbolin are 50mg/ml... so to get the 500mg of eq i have to take about 2 injections of 3ml and 2 injections of 2ml to get the 500mg... I normally do that on sunday nigth. I rotate tthe injection sites frequently.

Thanks Radar... you are rigth.. I dont like it... but the good thing is that I am on the last 4 week of the cycle, lowering the dosage from 600mg (total roids), and adding winstrol as I taper.. But you nail it! Is the BP!!! THanks!

TO sum here are som of the sides Effects I get with EQ (comparing with DECA)

1) Evelevated Blood PRessure
2) Mood Swings (anger and Sadness)
3) Less Gyno Possibility than with DECA
4) Lower Libido
5) More superficial acne on the back and shoulders
6) Easier on the Hair Line... I swear I have more hair know than when I was using DECA.

In all, the biggest issue with EQ for me is the Blood Pressure (which has me tired all the time) and the Mood Swings... The other sides effect are more manageable.

I have stacked EQ with deca in this manner:

Start with Deca 100, increasing 100mg/week up to 6 weeks (meaningo n the 6 week I am on 600mg DECA), then I shift an start tappering off the deca and supplanting the EQ

500mg deca, 100 EQ
400mg Deca, 200 EQ
300mg Deca, 300 EQ
........................until I am no longer taking DECA, and I am on 600mg EQ.

My be this stack is not the best.

Well, here are my two cents, if you will!
