I think that would be quite impractical for a sprinter. test e and cyp are long acting esters, as is eq. i think 2x a week, this way one would not be sore in every major muscle group of from making them pincoushions shooting every day. glutes are nice if one is lean. quads are easy and right infront of ones face where its easy to use both hands, glutes are obviously harder, but thats such a huge muscle one cant deny hitting there. its hard to f that one up with such a large muscle group, and always the least painful.
