Eq...

ok, I am not gonna lie...I am 18 years old who had surgery about 2 months ago on my shoulder. I would like to speed up the healing process with some EQ...300mg a week for about 6 weeks...I have read that it can be really beneficial to the healing process. I had an MRI and my growth plates are closed...let me know.
Thanks.

You're 18...You will heal fast enough. I know waiting is difficult when you 18, but trust a guy that has been around the block. You have plenty of what you need for now. Enjoy these years, because they will fade very quickly.

One day soon you will try and do what you can do now and will find that you are no longer that 18 year old.

your already producing plenty of test for a quick recovery, and 6 weeks isnt long enough for eq anyways especially at 300/week

I am not looking for the muscular gains...but the increase in collagen synthesis it produces. Supposedly it increases procollagen III by approximately 340%.

Ride it out, if you force the healing process you may cause other trauma down the road. If you were an athlete competing in the olympics or a national event it might be different. Get with a good trainer and remember RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevate). Your time will come.

relax bro.. yer body will do it for ya.. when you get into your 30s, you'll know what we're talking about..when yer 18, 3 weeks is like a 1 year, when your 30, 3 weeks is like a day. :(

lol

So an MRI tells you that your epiphyseal centers are closed, eh?

(there are several of them and they seal at different times)

your natural Growth Hormones are fine at your age, you will heal quickly without medical manipulation. No drugs, more harm than good at your age. Please listen to the people bro, not at 18 it will stunt your bone growth.

Wes, here are a couple of things to consider:

1. AAS use before an injury has fully healed can cause an over-aggressive healing response, leading to increased scar tissue formation...and post-operative complications as a result

2. AAS will reduce inflammation....and may make you believe that your shoulder is game-ready when in fact it has not finished healing and is still vulnerable. It may mask the discomfort that is your body's way of telling you that it's not ready to be pushed hard yet.

you have a link for that EQ info??

I hesitate to even post this, but you'd be better off with anavar I suspect.

first because it doesnt fuse epiphyses, & at 18 you still might have some growing left to do (in case your MRI reading was wrong ahem...cough...).

second, it increases production of GH as well as collegen & elastin. also, you might even get your doctor to porescribe it and monitor (if you have a cool sports doctor).

if you start to do "smart" things like this now your career will not last long..

your 18 rest it.. ice it and go balls out when its time to do PT

what type of surgery did you have.. i had my shoulder operated on as well and maybe i can give you help on the rehab.. thats the type of questions you should be asking.. not what roids to take..

good luck

I had glenohumeral reconstruction. Regarding the oxandrin, yes, my doc did say he would prescribe it, but he is fakin for some reason...I was going to request 20mg ED...but I guess I will just have to wait to my next appointment. Google equipoise and collagen and there are several links that give that info.

oh and judo, I had PT the day after surgery...and I had surgery a month ago, not 2. I lifted 5lbs over my head 60 times yesterday...let me know.

i would just go balls out on your PT and save the roids for later if needed...

sounds like your gonna cycle anyhow correct? well why cycle now when you can wait til your shoulder is healed properly and then attack the weights..

it will help prevent future injury and help your career in the long run

if i was you i would research as much as possible about the pt they have you doing and try to get in touch with people who have had the same surgery and how they recovered.. try to get in touch with football players who have had similar injuries and see how they made it back..

good luck

Guys, his plates may be sealed...he has already been juicing.

good point but i still feel he would be better off in the long run by rehabbing then jumping on juice later on..

I agree. Maybe some hgh at a low dose, but honestly my advice is a clean balanced diet to supply the nutrients needed, adn lots of rest, with a good rehabilitation workout. Also some heavy leg training in the mean time could help bring his legs up while his upper body rests, and release more growth factors to aid in his recovery.
