I am taking 600mls of EQ a week and have some winny which I may not do because of MPB. I'm 6'0, 187lbs, 15% Bf. I'm looking to get my bf down as much as possible and increase muscle mass and strength. I'm looking for suggestions on the best lifting routine to make this possible. I have no problems with working out every day of the week. Thanks
