My buddy is currently running a cycle of Equipose at 300mg per/wk as a minor hardening and cutting cycle. He is 3 weeks in and started noticing a small lump under the right nipple. No itching or puffiness but minor pain. Can EQ be causing this and what shoud he take?

It converts to estro like test but alot less...If hes geting gyno from eq its best to stay away from anything that stronger then eq...He might want to run tren then he wont have this problem...
