600mg eq Wk 1-16
Var 50mg every day Wk 12-16
5 caps HCGenerate e d Wk 12-16
Clomid 100/50/50/25
Adex .25 mg every day
How does this look?
ps might throw masteron e in at 400mg for 10 weeks
I dont believe this for a second.. 10 weeks to see full affects! If this were true eq wouldnt be worth running! I havent run it yet but iv run deca and 1-Test both Long esters and I see full effects after 3 or 4 weeks. I bet if I front loaded eq itd peak around week 4.EQ doesn't start to perform its magic until around week 10 from what I have researched...so 16 weeks would be a better target duration.

Ya man eq gives good solid gains but you need to run it 16+ weeks. I prefer 20 to 25 weeks with eq. Don't forget to donate blood every 2 months while on it to keep you H/H in check.

It does raise your RBC count and hemocrit and all that stuff.
Just get bloodwork bro. My RBCs and hemocrit were a little high last time I ran it but not high enough to alarm my doc. It went back into normal range after cycle.

EQ is one of the only AAS i have yet to run simply because I don't like running long cycles, so if you like shorter cycles that you recover faster with.. and then hop onto your next cycle after some time off then EQ isn't the one to go with.
sounds to me like you could use some improvements to your diet and workouts as well. 160 pounds even though you are a shorter guy is still extremely thin after 4 cycles. hell I am a buck 95 and I am doing my best NOT to even gain pounds and I am slightly taller than you. maybe you are just doing too much cardio.. in any event you need to figure out what route you want to go not from a steroid route, but to a body route. you can't have your cake and eat it too as the cliche goes. seems like you want everything and its not gonna happen. so either focus on your MMA or focus on bodybuilding or its just not worth it to juice at all. if you want to gain 10 pounds you are also gonna have to fight bigger guys, thats the tricky part of your situation. there was a guy on here a few months back who was a MMA guy too and he put on 20 pounds then got absolutely trounced in his MMA fight having to go up against bigger guys. In my experience, EQ isn't great for strength gains. Its great for endurance, appetite, vascularity, and pumps though. It seems to kick in full force, for me around week 7 or 8.
I slightly disagree with this. I'm running Test 500mg/EQ 500 at the moment and I'm approaching Week 9 and strength is sky-rocketing and I'm even on a CKD diet, where usually lack of energy and flat muscles can be a problem on very low carb days. But I feel like EQ is almost the perfect low-carb diet anabolic, outside of tren. I plan to run it into Week 16 for sure
