eq for strength gains

I was interested in starting a cycle and was curious about how effective EQ is for strength gains.
Planning on running with test e @ 500mg and maybe throwing some anavar in.

Thoughts?

5'5
160 lbs
 
It will make you eat like a horse...I will be running it in my upcoming cycle for 16 weeks...minimum duration for EQ to do its magic...at 600mg EW, with 500mg of Test C and other goodies, just make sure you run it for the proper duration at the proper dose.

EQ doesn't start to perform its magic until around week 10 from what I have researched...so 16 weeks would be a better target duration.

the longer the cycle, the longer the recovery... eq will not shut you down as bad as others but just keep in mind that time on = time off so if you run a 16 week cycle plus the 4 weeks of pct, thats 20 weeks total... so 5 months before you can run another cycle... you must run eq 16 weeks... anything less than that is a waste... you want to get everything out of it you can...

5 caps HCGenerate e d Wk 12-16
Clomid 100/50/50/25

Adex .25 mg every day

How does this look?

ps might throw masteron e in at 400mg for 10 weeks
 
Watch the BP on eq. It really hit me hard after week 6 man the pumps were insane but anxiety and throbbing headache at times. Skin bursting pumps made me go long as I could but eventually I had to give it up I had anxiety from it.

I would rather run eq solo in start before start test. Its slow building and slow ester to leave body.

the only way you should run masteron is if your body fat is 10% or less... otherwise you don't get the max benefit from it...

your clomid dosage is way too high... run it 25/25/25/25... also in pct run the unleshed/post cycle combo and forma stanzol... daa powerchews are also a great option to use in pct...

start anavar week 11 as opposed to 12... run it 6 weeks... you need to use n2guard with anavar and lipid stabil would be a good option as well... start hcgenerate week 9-16... run arimidex .5 EOD

I dont believe this for a second.. 10 weeks to see full affects! If this were true eq wouldnt be worth running! I havent run it yet but iv run deca and 1-Test both Long esters and I see full effects after 3 or 4 weeks. I bet if I front loaded eq itd peak around week 4.

Because of the long esters involved, yes it takes time to build up in the system, which is why running it for longer durations is necessary...minimum of 12 weeks. It effects individuals differently, but most have reported peaking or feeling the effects at week 6-10, so saying week 10 is playing it safe to say it is in full effect and "performing its magic" and to run it 16 weeks has been where most have had the most benefit...some have had benefit with 12, you are right as it really depends on the individual. I am solely giving my opinion, as you are giving yours.
 
In my experience, EQ isn't great for strength gains. Its great for endurance, appetite, vascularity, and pumps though. It seems to kick in full force, for me around week 7 or 8.

And masteron would be good for mma, imo. It will give you a good boost in strength and aggression and lower shbg, giving you more free test. You DO NOT have to be sub 10% BF to run masteron if you are looking for benefits other than drying out for contest prep.

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! eq will not peak after 4 weeks at all... look around and see the length of time people run it and when it kicks... how are you going to come in and tell a MOD that he is wrong and then say you have never ran it but would "think" that it would kick in 4 weeks... you are completely wrong...
 
Ya man eq gives good solid gains but you need to run it 16+ weeks. I prefer 20 to 25 weeks with eq. Don't forget to donate blood every 2 months while on it to keep you H/H in check.

It does raise your RBC count and hemocrit and all that stuff.

Just get bloodwork bro. My RBCs and hemocrit were a little high last time I ran it but not high enough to alarm my doc. It went back into normal range after cycle.

I plan on getting mids done...just had pre-cycles done.

you got some great advice in this thread..

EQ is one of the only AAS i have yet to run simply because I don't like running long cycles, so if you like shorter cycles that you recover faster with.. and then hop onto your next cycle after some time off then EQ isn't the one to go with.

sounds to me like you could use some improvements to your diet and workouts as well. 160 pounds even though you are a shorter guy is still extremely thin after 4 cycles. hell I am a buck 95 and I am doing my best NOT to even gain pounds and I am slightly taller than you. maybe you are just doing too much cardio.. in any event you need to figure out what route you want to go not from a steroid route, but to a body route. you can't have your cake and eat it too as the cliche goes. seems like you want everything and its not gonna happen. so either focus on your MMA or focus on bodybuilding or its just not worth it to juice at all. if you want to gain 10 pounds you are also gonna have to fight bigger guys, thats the tricky part of your situation. there was a guy on here a few months back who was a MMA guy too and he put on 20 pounds then got absolutely trounced in his MMA fight having to go up against bigger guys. I will try and remember his name and have him PM you

I got to 180 on my last cycle, but really badly broke my arm and was unable to train for 4 months. Solid cardio for 4 months and i was down to 140. this is my first cycle since i restarted weight training

I slightly disagree with this. I'm running Test 500mg/EQ 500 at the moment and I'm approaching Week 9 and strength is sky-rocketing and I'm even on a CKD diet, where usually lack of energy and flat muscles can be a problem on very low carb days. But I feel like EQ is almost the perfect low-carb diet anabolic, outside of tren. I plan to run it into Week 16 for sure

Yeah, for me I got better strength from 750mg test only than I did from 500test/600EQ
