EQ cycle

I've ran an EQ only cycle at 400mgs/week for 12 weeks and had some nice results. I gained about 4-6lbs if remember correctly but my main goal was fat loss. I got very vascular/hard on it......IMO if you are looking for mass then don't do it alone........if you are looking for the vascular/hard look and will be happy with just a few extra lbs and shedding some fat with very low side-effects..........then go for it.

By the way I was on a Keto diet.
 
how about bloat on eq only?
 
I ran a cycle where I ran deca and the beginning and EQ 400/wk at the end. Only ran the EQ portion about 5 weeks. You don't get the water retention on EQ like you do deca. This was my first cycle so I was more worried about sides. I experienced none with either product. I did lose bodyfat and probably had a gain of 5-7lb of actual muscle. I only ran my cycle up to 9 weeks since I had a vacation and decided to just end it and go for it longer on the next one. 10-12 weeks seems to be the consensus when using EQ. I would also run it at 600/wk since I experienced no sides.
