epistane is still giving me cramps,, been off it for over a month

cramps, NOT PUMPS.. cramps. please dont tell me to take taurine for my back and shin pumps..

when i started the epi i was getting some bad cramps. and now im still getting them after my workouts. last day of epi was around may 28th. is this normal??

Normal? I would say no. Try adding some water,,gatorade and eat a bananna or two daily. Be sure your using a good multi vitamin/mineral too.

That does not make sense.....:confused:
 
The best thing for muscle cramping that I've found is potassium (as recommended by my doctor). Take a potassium supplement, or eat a banana or two daily.

I used to get horrible calf cramps when I was waking up in the morning, but 3/4 of a banana blended into one of my daily shakes has stopped them completely.
 
thanks guys, but i thought the whole potassium thing was a misconception? since epi dried out all my water weight and thats when i started getting the cramps.. it seems when my water retention is higher i dont get the cramps as much. but ive never had this problem before, ever.. for example, after a good bicep workout, anytime when i get home if i flex my bicep at all, my upper forearm cramps up, it contracts and gets stuck, then i extend my arm back down and it kind of bounces back over.. same with triceps i dont understand.

stryker what doesnt make sense? my explanation or why im getting them?
 
what was your pct?

did you take preventative supps while on or after your cycle?

how much do you weigh and how much water do you drink? do you drink alcohol or caffeine?
