Epinephrine?

Somehow Someway.. I ended up with a AMP of epinephrine out of nowhere. (dont ask how i got it). Before i tossed it in the garbage i looked it up and its supposedly "adrenaline". Now before i throw this away or stash it in my closet for eternity. I was wonderin how this works and what does it do for ya. Is it just like having an adrenaline rush? I DONT WANT TO USE IT. because it can give u a stroke/heart attack (so i heard).. But im just trying to educate myself about this.. so no flamez please? thnx

BTW i got only 1 amp. = 1 Mg/ML

just keep it around in case of the following:

Allergic Reactions (bee stings, shellfish, drugs, etc)
Severe Asthma Attack
Heart Attack (inject IV, not IM)

If you witness or have any of the above, jab that shit in your thigh and it will help you, otherwise its useless.
