My up-coming cycle will include Epi-Strong. I am going to start out (30 mg daily) and may up to (45 mg daily).
I train weights in the morning at 6AM or 6PM, just depends on my schedule. It varies, which sucks.
Is it best I keep levels constant like an AS cycle or should I just take before workouts. I am familiar with AS cycle's and the goal of minimizing sides by keeping levels constant. Do I need to do the same.
May be a dumb question, but please advise a regime.
