I had a monstrous workout last week, being my first week on Epi. I just felt intense and I was able to kick up an extra 10lbs on the dumbells without the normal straining and grunting. Fellow students probably thought I was trying to take a shit right on the bench the way I was going. No weight increases from the first week, nor do I look any different, but I've had a couple chest workouts where I just felt monstrous. I didn't look any different, but I just felt real confident and buff. I'm already at a muscular physique head to toe at my measly 180 lbs, but I've been stuck at the 180lbs for years of my mid-20's so I'm taking a shot with Epistane/Epistrong to see if anything happens. I'll post details as I move along.
