Ephedrine dosage? Combine with Redline and Caffeiene/

Hey all, im currently taking ephedrine, in 16mg doses twice a day, once at 8am, and once at 2pm


im wondering, is it safe for me to combine some redline and then work out?


also, is it ok to combine caffeine with these? and will the caffenee help any?


my goal is to help burn fat with my cardio.
 
Stacking Ephedrine with Redline should be fine, and will work very well. As you say you are doing 16mg I assume you have 8mg tabs. If this is the case I might be inclined to jump it to 3 tabs twice a day for 24mg, as 25 mg is a fairly standard dosage. As far as Caffeine goes, as a general rule it is a good thing to stack with ephedrine and Yohim (which is in your redline). HOWEVER, your redline already has caffeine anhydrous and citrate in it. Most likely to the tune of about 200-250 mg of it, and this is more than enough. So, add the Eph. and forget the caffeine. Cheers
 
Be careful with the REDLINE, it is more potent then you may think. Stick to your origional dose of 16mg/2 times daily and only drink half a can of REDLINE your first time trying the product, just to see how you react to it.

Make sure thats half a bottle of the DRINK, not half a bottle of the gooey syrup type! God knows whatd happen then, lol.

After you run out of redline you sure can swap in the caf. pills. You could also add Aspirin or Yohimbe to make and ECA or ECY stack...much cheaper than redline!
 
ive had the better part of a can.... nothing yet, is there something i do to activate it?


im drinkin it cold, should i be drinkin itr at room temp?
 
No, temperature will not make a difference. I would just drink the whole can, its dosed the way it is for a reason right? As far as timeframe for feeling the effects, depending on what and when you ate last, it could take between 5-30 minutes.
 
HEEEL NO, my buddy took a dose of the goo type while we were goin to a party on the bus so obviously we were just chilling, I've NEVER seen redline effect somebody so fast in my life! lol Anyways, i'm sure it wont help your energy levels to just stare at yer comp.....try bouncing around the room for a bit, chase yer dog or something and see how ya feel.

Something to keep in mind, sometimes these supp's just dont effect some people like others. If you are really resistant to stimulants you may feel nothing, that's how it was for me when I tried NO-xplode....might as well have drank prune juice. :worried:
