i remember awhile back, in the supplements review on this stack for 6-8 weeks, does anyone know the dosages for each one?? can someone please write me a cycle using these supplements?

Skip the aspirin. Both caffeine and ephedrine are already blood thinners. You certainly don't need to add aspirin to it.
A good dosage is 100mg caffeine + 8mg ephedrine. Both caffeine and ephedrine are harsh stimulants. Less is more. The EC stack is very effective, but don't abuse the stack because it will raise cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue.
