Ephedra

I already did some searching, but I still came up with a few questions.

A) I'm assuming Ephedra is short for Ephedrine, am I right? If not can someone explain the relation.
1) If Ephedra isn't Ephedrine, is it still as dangerous as I keep hearing Ephedrine is?
2) People were refering to Eph, is there a whole family ephendrine based products?


B) Is age anything to worry about with Ephendrine? I'm only 15, so the name of any good product without Ephedrine would be appreciated.

C) I'm basically considering Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel, and Stacker 2 and Stacker 3.
1) I especially like Stacker 2 and 3 because of the increase in muscle mass that it suppose to come with.

Throughout this whole process I want to keep training hard, still take creatine and my whey protein, and keep muscle mass and even gain if possible.

Any advise or comments are welcome.

An added benefit I would like to get from using these are the boost in energy your suppose to get from them. If you take this into consideration when suggesting a product that'd be great.

At 15 your so young and your metabolism is such that you have absoloutely no need for stimulants. Bad Idea in my humble opinion.
 
Ephedrine is an alkaloid of ephedra (i.e., ephedrine is derived from ephedra sinica, which is a plant). Therefore, anything you hear about ephedra would also apply to ephedrine (although be careful about who you listen to).

Having said that, I agree with Hansel. At your age I think you should focus on diet and exercise before resorting to stimulants.
 
you definately dont need it.. if u lift like its a job, and do cardio, ur body will react by giving you pumps w/out drugs.

If you boost ur metabolism at such an early age, ull regret it when ur metabolism is shit later on.

All the other fat loss stuff that doesnt have ephedra is garbage... like drinking 4 cups of coffee and taking 4 asprin.

Go natural at 15... it might be hard now.. but when ur 19-21 u wont be hindering growth
 
what does ur diet look like?
Tweak your diet for energy before looking for sups
also dont rely on sups totally for extra energy. Sometimes the best way to get extra energy is, silly as it may sound, training harder! the harder you train the more energy you have for next time
 
do this

Possibly take a good multivitamin and drink plenty of water...dehydration can cause you to get real tired as can deficiencies in certain vitamins.
