Ahhh Ive tried lipoflame and much others and it seems like I dont get the effect as much as i did from products with ephedra like stacker 2 when it first came out-i miss that! Anyone know of any ones with ephedra that are good?

Well You have the advice I gave you. Use the product I told you about and then use lipo on the off weeks. You have to let receptors clear and during this time lipo is the best thing to use. For some people lypo works great all on its on and for others you need to step is up a bit

Twin labs was the maker of Ripped fuel. Best fucking stack ever. I used to take it in the army.. Sadly it was the last product twin labs made that was worth a damn.. Twin labs put so much money into the product that when the banned happen twin labs ether did or almost had to file bankruptcy.

I hooked this girl up with a place that sells both ephedren and ephedra.. So which ever you like they got it.. diet labs, ephedren, epderen, ephederine, ephedra, ma huang, ephedra leaves, leaves and stems epedra is the product she is using now and so far she loves it.. Well thats what she said to me last night anyway... Its pretty powerful shit. I would cycle off and on.

I swear by two cups of Green Tea a day. One when I get to work and one after lunch.
The key is not to boil the water. If you put the bag in boiling water it kills all the beneficial properties.
Also, make sure it is not decaf as that process removes all the bene's too!
Green Tea is a natural way to crank up your thyroid. An added plus is all the antioxidants.

I completely agree. One of the best things I've done is to switch from coffee to green tea.
These are some of the benefits.

Is any other food or drink reported to have as many health benefits as green tea? The Chinese have known about the medicinal benefits of green tea since ancient times, using it to treat everything from headaches to depression.

Today, scientific research in both Asia and the west is providing hard evidence for the health benefits long associated with drinking green tea. For example, in 1994 the Journal of the National Cancer Institute published the results of an epidemiological study indicating that drinking green tea reduced the risk of esophageal cancer in Chinese men and women by nearly sixty percent. University of Purdue researchers recently concluded that a compound in green tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells. There is also research indicating that drinking green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improving the ratio of good (HDL) cholesterol to bad (LDL) cholesterol.

To sum up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea is reputed to be helpful:

cancer
rheumatoid arthritis
high cholesterol levels
cariovascular disease
infection
impaired immune function

What makes green tea so special?

The secret of green tea lies in the fact it is rich in catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant: besides inhibiting the growth of cancer cells, it kills cancer cells without harming healthy tissue. It has also been effective in lowering LDL cholesterol levels, and inhibiting the abnormal formation of blood clots. The latter takes on added importance when you consider that thrombosis (the formation of abnormal blood clots) is the leading cause of heart attacks and stroke.

Other Benefits

New evidence is emerging that green tea can even help dieters. In November, 1999, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published the results of a study at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. Researchers found that men who were given a combination of caffeine and green tea extract burned more calories than those given only caffeine or a placebo.

So, drink up!!

But hot water I assume. I am trying to get in the habit of drinking a cup before every meal. I have yet to make a day where there happens! Does anyone know anything about white tea?

White tea comes from the same plant as green, black and oolong, but the difference is in the leaves. They are picked earlier in the season when the leaves are young and the buds are covered with white hairs, giving this tea it's name. White tea has gone through a minimal amount of processing and is not fermented. This tea has a light, sweet taste and has a small amount of caffeine, about 15 g per serving. Less then green(150) and a whole lot less then coffee (700).
I also enjoy white tea from time to time. Very delicate in flavor!
