ephedra or clen/t3 cycle???

i am endomorph guy.i have lost about 25kgs or 55lbs naturally and now i weigh 80kgs or 176lbs.now the problem is its been 2 years i am not able to lose any more fat,i have tried everything in this time...strict diet,very intense workout,heavy cardio but nothing happening.now my current body measurements are:-
height-6ft or 183cm
weight-80kgs or 176lbs
body fat-12kgs or around 13% bodyfat

now my trainer is asking to go for clen and t3 2weeks cycle because 2weeks are enough to reduce 6-7kgs weight or go for ephedra based fat burner.now main question is which 1 is more effective and safer and will clen cause muscle loss even though on high protein diet(170-180grmsper day).suggest me the best i can do to get below 10% bodyfat!!! :) :) :rolleyes::mix:
 
How old are you? Also what is your diet looking like right now? All important for various reasons. What have you done with your diet to try and change things.
 
i am 22year old working out since 3years regularly and properly...i have tried everything high protein low carb diet and fat burners,HIIT training and many more and i am the same....as i am endomorph..i have fat around my bell and sides...so i really want to get rid of this fat now...so that i can come on high carb diet to gain some muscle and size because as you know endomprh are very sensitive to high carbs and will gain more belly fat!! :(:(

Ever try a keto diet? What about fasted morning cardio? How much cardio are you doing per week? How much an work are you doing?
 
whenever i go too low on carbs i am not able to handle the weakness and get very weak....and no dint tired fasted cardio....because it make no sense well i do cardio 1hr after my weight training...and if you know my power my legpress is about 630lbs. and the worst fat burner is oxyelite...there was not a single fucking sensation in my body during taking that shit...so what i think i need something strong coz my body is used to pre workouts like jack3d!!

Well there is a benefit from fasted morning cardio, one of the biggest things you can do to melt fat off you. Problem with dieting down is that most of the time it isn't fun and energy goes low. Supplements are meant to be used as an alternate to dieting down (can't keep your diet the same and take a fat burner or clen or whatever and expect it to just work). I am like you that when my carbs go low I get really tired, but it's an unfortunate necessary evil most of the time.

As far as your op goes i def do not recommend clen or t3. T3 should only be used while on a cycle and needs to be given extreme attention to because you can seriously f**k yourself up with it. Clen is very harsh on the heart and if you look around here most people will never touch the stuff again because once you get into the dosages needed to produce the effects you want the sides that come along with it usually far outweigh the benefits. You would honestly be better with something like albuterol which you could run for longer periods of time and doesn't carry the same sides as clen does and dosages are much lower with shorter half life.

I honesty think you would be better by switching your diet up a bit, throw in some fasted morning cardio with some forged burner and you should be set. Wait till you literally exhaust all your options or need to just drop that extra 1 or 2% before taking something like the albuterol. You still have a lot of room to lose the bf naturally.

Dont take either. Both speed your heart up and IMO are unsafe. You.dont need clen or ephedra to lose weight. You need to diet and do cardio. And your high protein is actaully bare minimum for your weight. You should be taking in 270-360 grams of protein a day to build muscle. Losing fat doesnt require drugs, it just takes work, patience and dedication. And if you trainer is feeding you this BS then fire him, and find someone who knows what they are doing. Why dont you post up your daily diet so we can critique it? Im sure there is some flaws we can tweak. And for shits and gigles, post your training routine.

i really like this post by joe and couldnt agree more... if you are pushing hard like this and want something EXTRA to help then neither of those are good options... gw501516 is a great option... albuterol is another good one...

ok now you tell me about albuterol cycle.....because i know the local chemist guy i can buy it without any prescription.....and guy i am soo pissed off with losing weight now i just wana get rid of it asap..!! :) :):theshadow

my DIET!
breakfast: oats,milk,whey protein --30grm carbs 45grm protein

meal 2: chicken kebab-- 30grm protein.10grm carbs.4grm fat

lunch : chicken kebab-- 30grm protein.10grm carbs.4grm fat with 1 brown bread

meal 4: chicken kebab-- 30grm protein.10grm carbs.4grm fat

preworkout meal:2 brown bread + 5egg whites
postworkout: whey protein + glucose(sugar for insulin spike)

meal 6 : 6egg whites

before bed : glass of skimmed milk(this because i used to take caesin so after it i started taking plain milk)


i am taking only two supplements whey protein and pre owrkout

daily intake CARBS about 110grm and protein abt 180grm

when i go low at carbs my muscle start breaking down!! :( :(

now suggest me diet,supplements or steroids anything....

- don't drink milk
- replace the chicken kebab with chicken breasts, turkey breasts, or white fish. Eat LEAN red meat every other day or 3 days
- Up your protein intake to at least 250 g ED
- Add some healthy fats to your diet
- Do morning fasted cardio everyday
 
That doesn't look like very much cals. He didn't list exact cals so I'm Only guessing. But he could be eating too little, possibly throw a high cal day i there to prevent starvation mode. Sauce on the kabobs? I would also drop the bread and eat veggies. Broccoli, asparagus, green beans, etc
 
fuckkkman....i was already confuse between ephedra and clen now my supplement guy is confusing me more with winstrol.he's like start a stack with winstrol ie
1.winstrol
2.glutamin
3.tribulus
4.preworkout without creatine monohydrate????do tell me some preworkout with it :( :(

in AUG i have a modelling audition...i want to get lean by then...want to cut 5-6kgs of body fat!!! plzz help///

Chemist is just trying to sell you shit.

Your diet looks so low cals no doubt your low on energy, you don't have a lot of muscle mass either to cut with ..

well....m used to preworkouts so from the last 3days due to my confusion what to start i am working out without any pre...i feel like shit...not to lift more or spend more time in the gym..... now i can wait 1 more day more....and tell....what shd i do...should i gain muscle or lose fat first..and even if i will lose fat i need a pre wrkout booster...so i think ephedra base product is best...i guess and 2weeks on 1 week off is what i will follow!!!
what do u think!??
and 1 more thing...most of the fat is on chest,belly and obliques less fat on my arms and my legs.....
