Ephedra help

Hi, I am new to this forum. I used to follow a strict body building diet for my modeling career, then it was necessary for me to gain weight. Now I need to lose it again and look skinny skinny. Which brings me to my point, I'd like some help with epedra.

It'd be very helpful if someone could help me find where I buy, and how I much should take of, an ECA stack. Is Xenadrink RFA-1 any good? I also have some follow up questions like, how much should I eat? (I am following a very low calorie diet right now with cardio 3-4 times a day) And for how long should I take it, and what should I expect in respect to weight loss?

Any answers or insight would be appreciated- especially since this is not a bodybuilding question per se.
 
Stats would definitely help,

and by very low calorie diet, how much calories do you consider low? Too low and you'll just run into plateaus or even slow your metabolism.

I could be wrong, but if my memory is accurate the ECA stack is 25/200/325. I know there are some prods that combine all 3 elements in one supp...try doing a search (using a search engine) to find one of these prods if that's the way you decide to go. The weight loss/energy prods I've used in the past are Instone's Leanfire & Leanfire Inferno...both worked for me as far as appetite suppression, energy, & fat loss goes. But you need to find a prod that works best for you; remember what works for one person might affect someone else differently. My advice is to go to a good supp website & look for a prod to try...for example, you can try Netrition.com & look in the Fat Loss/Energy category at the top of the page; they have alot of different prods so you pretty much have to pick one & try it.

Before we go any further, these are my stats. I'm 5'9" and 157 lb and I just turned 21 years old. My body frame is small and I don't know my bf%. At the moment I have a little more muslce than any average woman. If anything else is needed, please ask.

By low calorie...I mean low. Probably between 800-1,200 cals a day. I need to lose weight fast, and I need to find out how immediately. I'll do cardio but I don't want to do weights to gain muslce. I need the scrawny look for right now.

I was thinking of trying Xenadrine RFA-1. Does anyone know if its reliable and how much for how long I should take?

I don't think that's enough calories. You should probably be eating more. A lot of people just don't understand that you have to eat to lose weight. I know you want to lose weight fast, but this isn't a race. The only thing you're going to do is kill your metabolism and make things harder for yourself. You need to go find out your TDEE and go from there.

Good luck, but remember these things take time.
 
I've always had a problem with either eating too little or eating too much. However, there must be a way to lose weight quickly. What is TDEE and where can I find it out? When I start taking ephedra, how much of a caloric deficit do I have to be in to be the most beneficial without being particularly harmful?
 
I just looked around the forum and saw something about Shadow's ECA stack. Where can I get the ephedrine HCL without the stuff to make you throw up? Also, for my stats, how much should I take and how should I cycle it?

I need to be pointed in the right direction in what ephendrine to buy, how much I should take, and how much of a caloric defecit I should be in.
 
Your TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure. You can find formulas for it online.

That's a lofty goal. You might need something else stronger than just ephedra. It's not really strong. Any particular reason you need to lose that much weight in that time frame.

Healthy weight loss is 1 - 2 pounds a week btw.

Ok. First off, the ephedrine should be taken at 50mg with 200mg caffiene + A. This will yeald better results, and should be taken at those doses 3 * per day. You can get Ephedrine here:

Let me sum up all my hard work In a single post.

Jan 05 I was 171, 26% body fat

April 05, I was 145, 12% bodyfat ...

During that time, I ate 5-6 small meals a day ranging from 1700-1900 calories with one cheat meal prolly every Saturday, 40P/30C/30F

I did HIIT Cardio 3 days a week, 1 day steady state
Ab work 2-3 days a week

Trained something like this
M - Legs
T - Back
W - Chest
Th - Shoulders
F - Arms
Sa - OFF
Su - OFF

Given the above stats, I'm going to go out on a limb and say there is NO WAY you will build up 'huge muscles' by actually lifting some heavier weights Some sexy muscle defintion, absolutely

You're a female and do not have the necessary hormones to hold muscle mass to the extent you are thinking ...

You will get muscle but it will be small & sexy.

It may not be in your cards, but I went the fitness model route and I have never been healthier in my life.

I did not use Ephedra or an type of AAS ... only supps consisting of Thermorexin, YES, Creatine, Glutamine and the list of all the others on 163+ pages of my log in the women's forum. Supplements are just that, supplement to a healthy DIET (#1) and Training Routine (#2) ... Supps (#3)

I'm in a different place in my training right now, but my point is it is possible, THE RIGHT WAY, not my way, but the simple ideas you use to create something to meet your goal. A Pill will not do it for you, you have to do some work.

I am posting this because some other person may need some inspiration... and that's why I'm on EF.

dgatehouse- I have a shoot I need to be ready for and the suggested weight for my height is 120 lb, no muslce. I know 1-2 lb of loss a week is healthy but...right now I'm doing this all in vain.

assertive guy- thanks for the info. I have a question though, that I posted in the other topic I made, can i break the vaspro tablets to take smaller dosages? Or should I just order them from the other website which has them with 8 mg?

bunny- 1. your progress is AMAZING. 2. you made me question myself for a moment. Let me explain. I used to be a memeber of a BB forum, which I will not name. I did a bodybuilding diet anf routine and did some fitness ads. Soon, I found out most the admins on the site were big losers and lied about a lot of stuff. I got kicked off because of the information I had obtained; they didn't want me spreading it. Around that time I had taken some time off to finish school, and stopped working out, and gained weight to where I am right now. Someone saw me the other day and wants me to do runway. For runway I need to be scrawny. This is what I have always wanted, and I need to make it happen. I will do cardio, I will do anything thats in power to lose 40 lb in 4 months...but at this point in my life, I need to be skinny skinny. I hope that makes sense, atleast somewhat.

So I have decided I am going to use ephedrine. However, if anyone has any suggestions on how to help me obtain my goal, please let me know. I know my needs are a little unconventional and differ from most, maybe all of the other memebers, but I would really appreciate the help. The last forum I joined was completely intolerable of anyone who didn't have the same opinions as they, and I am here just hoping to find some answers.

You can break the tabs. Get a pill splitter from a pharmacy (very inexpensive). However, I have never heard of an ECA stack where the user goes below 25mg per dose.
 
Thank you. I ordered the 25mg vaspro. I just want to start off with small dosages since I don't weigh that much to begin with. I weighed myself yesterday and i was 153 lb.

Now I have another question. I am assuming green tea capsules have caffeine in them, correct? Can I use a bunch of those for my ECA stack? Also, do I just take normal beyer or whatever aspirin, or should I get some natural herb?

Normal asprin is fine (I've not heard of 'beyer' - Im in UK). Yes it is fine to take the green tea caps - just make sure it's equivilant to arround 200mg of regular caffiene.
