dgatehouse- I have a shoot I need to be ready for and the suggested weight for my height is 120 lb, no muslce. I know 1-2 lb of loss a week is healthy but...right now I'm doing this all in vain.
assertive guy- thanks for the info. I have a question though, that I posted in the other topic I made, can i break the vaspro tablets to take smaller dosages? Or should I just order them from the other website which has them with 8 mg?
bunny- 1. your progress is AMAZING. 2. you made me question myself for a moment. Let me explain. I used to be a memeber of a BB forum, which I will not name. I did a bodybuilding diet anf routine and did some fitness ads. Soon, I found out most the admins on the site were big losers and lied about a lot of stuff. I got kicked off because of the information I had obtained; they didn't want me spreading it. Around that time I had taken some time off to finish school, and stopped working out, and gained weight to where I am right now. Someone saw me the other day and wants me to do runway. For runway I need to be scrawny. This is what I have always wanted, and I need to make it happen. I will do cardio, I will do anything thats in power to lose 40 lb in 4 months...but at this point in my life, I need to be skinny skinny. I hope that makes sense, atleast somewhat.
So I have decided I am going to use ephedrine. However, if anyone has any suggestions on how to help me obtain my goal, please let me know. I know my needs are a little unconventional and differ from most, maybe all of the other memebers, but I would really appreciate the help. The last forum I joined was completely intolerable of anyone who didn't have the same opinions as they, and I am here just hoping to find some answers.
