what is in demand right now? besides the "get rich" material what is there a high demand for at the moment? i was thinking about starting a small ebay business just to flip some items and get my feet wet in the entrepenur world

let me think of some

1.von dutch clothing
2. kiyosaki material
3.car parts

guys i can really use some feedback

i made a lot off vondutch and similar shit, but thats way played out, hats that i was selling for $70 are going for $30 tops now

and damn right too. I'm willing to work my ass off if that's what it takes to get by.

However I would never work harder if it got me a bigger house, a nicer car, or nicer clothes. That's not worth my time.

A good man eats and drinks to live, a bad man lives to eat and drink.

i wanna work my ass off now so i can LIVE in the future. and have a quality life. its very well worth it to me to grime it out till im finacialy independant and free from an employer.

Just make sure you dont keep living for the future till the day you die.
Too many people forget why they started it in the first place.

I makes lots of money legally and legally. It's almost a most some rules have to be broken from time to time if you are gonna make it as an entrepeneur. My next illegal venture maybe selling modded xbox's box I need to make about $200 a piece of them otherwise I don't see the point in it. Legally, if say if you know your shit about bodybuilding try selling that knowledge to women who want to lose weight. I've made money on that too. I also think it helps if you are a good looking guy.

how and where did you get them from?

I have some experience selling on ebay. started off making a decent amount of money by selling "virtual property" such as massive online roleplaying game stuff. I'm talking like in-game stuff.

for example this game called ultima online. you need to mine ore from mountains which you then make into "ingots" which are used to make armor and swords and shit.

I would sell a thousand at a time on ebay to people for roughly 100 dollars each. This was when I was 13. Made $500 over a period of 2 months for playing a fuckin puter game. there is still all kinds of shit like this going on. diablo 2, dark age of camelot are just a few games that I have seen people selling shit with recently.

also if you want to test the waters or whatever do a search on "dropshipping"
they do everything for you. all you have to do is sell the product, give them the name and address and they ship for you. no inventory for you, so no overhead costs.

I sold stupid shit like nun-chucks, swords, knives, blowguns, etc on ebay last year and made a little bit but it wasen't worth my time (after shipping charges, income taxes, etc) so i stopped. but if you can find a good company with good products willing to dropship there is some easy money to be made.

another area is multi-level marketing. might want to check it out, depends on you. i had some good residual income from it all through highschool. when I went to college I didn't have time to keep it up, but I still get a check every month (tho it has dwindled from roughly $400 a month to $35) :D dont' care as I haven't even looked at the shit in years.

There are lots of good ways to make cash on eBay, the tip is getting creative. If you approach a lot of things in a "how can I make $" way, you'll think of some great ways to do it.

xbox's are tough there's already a flooded market from very reputable and tried and true websites.

Yeah but around here and the people I've come across very few people know about them. There is money to be made I just know if it's worth my effort and time. The way I see it is if I could get used or refurbished Xbox in bulk for $75 and get the chips for $10 and the 120GB HD for $70 I could sell them at $350 and make a good profit but I think $300 is the price they'd really move.

designer jeans work for me... buy low, sell high. VERY HIGH.

haha i played UO back in the day

I knew a guy that would supply boutiques with VD clothing among other things, so I would work out bulk deals and the such with him, then sell it on ebay or to local stores or wherever I saw a market

here, go buy used old, about to get replaced, medical equipment from hospitals for pennies on the dollar and sell to 3rd world countries who rather have 2nd hand medical equipment at 80% off prices, than nothing at all. Wheel chairs, beds, xray machines, etc. etc.

You can start with mexico.

entrepreneurs who do not share their ideas with others and get feedback are deluding themselves.

Good point. But entrepeneurs share ideas. They (well we) just don't share the best ones.

the SMALL minute chance that someone is going to "gasp" *steal* your idea (which is laughable in it's own sense, since 99.99% of ideas are stuff people have already done before) is far outweighed by the advantages of --- constructive criticism, unique perspectives, suggestions, concerns and the advantages of continually testing and reflecting on your own idea and principles by repeatedly "talking" about it, from other people.

believe me, i have spoken with venture capital experts who have reviewed thousands of business plans and have hundreds of entrepreneurs coming to them every month that say "I have the best most original idea" and they have seen it before, 3 times.

their recommendation, and the recommendation of the founder of the first entrepreneurial university program in the U.S. in the 70's who have been in the business decades, is to get as much feedback from everyone you can before you take your idea to anyone or try to start up a biz and keep it a secret. you delude yourself and look at it in just one way and think you have your little pet but it is human fallacy to think u r truly original :)

the chances of the idea being "stolen" and taken huge across the marketplace are just as much fantasy as that nobody else has ever thought of your idea.

we are doomed to repeat mistakes of the past though we are only human

Well my best idea for making money is illegal and that's really why I'm not speaking on it. I'm glad to talk about my legal ideas. I've yet to come up one that makes me more money legally yet but I hope I'm there in a year to do. I want 75% of my money to be legal in 2 years.

I don't need you prayers. I'm been to jail more than once. Fights, DUI nothing serious and I'm not trying to go back. But hey it's a possibility and I am ok with that. Anyone smoking POT or during steroids face possible jail time. I don't anytime in term of money that have stiff penalties that I would have as a Pot or steroid user. And I cetainly have no problem using steroid or smoking pot. And I would never sell drug or any kinds because the money pay out just aren't worth the penalties to me.

Problem with "illegal", is that it usually involves someone getting ripped off or denied a benefit. Both points which undermine the feeling of doing good through your service. Even by doing something miniscule such as taking away business from a "competitor", can result in gunfire. Something you really don't have to worry about in the "legal" world. :)

Exactly. That's why I want to be totally (we'll close to totally) legit in 2 years. But regardless for me the is a certain rush I get on get over on the system. I'm mean even if money wasn't involved I still be getting over on the system somewhat because I like it. But it's know the rules, laws and how for you can push things before they start pushing back.

Seems we have different ideas of filthy rich.

There is really one way and only one way to get what I would consider 'rich' i this country. It's initials are IPO.

The IPO is the greatest legal creation of wealth in the history of the planet.

I am getting filthy fat. I disgust myself. My gut is bloated like a whale right now.
